Mayor Cratty

The Village of Ostrandoor now has a Town Hall! This tiny door was named after the first mayor of Ostrander, David G. Cratty. He was among those who signed the 1875 petition to the Delaware County Commissioners for the Village of Ostrander to incorporate. The County Commissioner granted this request on May 18, 1875.
